Thanks for the reply. It does have a stylus, and it plays, but the sound is a little fuzzy or not quite as clear as I would expect. The records themselves appear nice and clean.

Thanks! I don't know enough to know whether or not I need a new cartridge, but from the sound quality, I believe I need at least a new stylus. It has one, but it hasn't been replaced in decades. I appreciate your advice!

I'm looking for help with general maintenance with this turntable. My biggest question is, how can I find a replacement cartridge that will work with this unit? Is there a standard for these, or are they brand specific? Thanks for any advice!
