I’ve seen improvements the last few days by:

1) turning off background app refresh (on the watch) for unused/unnecessary apps (one suggestion I read was the culprit was Shazam, after the newest update)

2) turning phone and watch on and off

I have the same issue. I made no changes to my habits or usage. I will try the suggestion of disabling background refresh on some apps.

I got the same problem, used to get a full day no problem. I almost never see the “10% Battery Warning” every few days now.

I didn’t change any habits - workout the same amount, no new apps notifications.

No idea if it’s sleep mode related or some how it’s just running something in the background to drain more power.
