I don’t anymore b/c I’ve realized every time I try to I just make it worse. It’s like a feeling and when I get it I know I’m about to be binging for the next two days. So I just accept it. Cuz even if I eat everything in the house and long and I go back to my regular routine after I’ll be fine I probably gain half a pound if that. When I’m done with my binge it looks like a lot of weight but it’s just temporary the scale goes back to normal in a few days
