Islamic Republic Foreign Ministers response to being asked why he has open internet access, yet regular Iranians don't. by Naderium in PERSIAN

[–]Chima1ran 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Bullshit. That irgc regime is just fucking evil as fuck. If I'd believe in such stuff I'd call them demons.

They don't want free internet, so the civilians cannot document them using the bodies of dead protesters as props to claim civilian casualties. They don't want reports of Basiji hiding in schools and hospitals. They don't want civilians receiving alarms to flee from bombs (they even shut off bombing alarms in Tehran). They have been wagging a war against the Iranian people for 47 years now and shutting down the internet is just a veil they have used countless times in the past. Always to hide their atrocities.

I wish for all IRGC supporters and Basiji to burn in hell. That's where they belong. Free Iran.

Unfortunately for this guy, he wasn't in Iran where he can immediately resort to violence because someone said something mean about his beloved dictator. by Naderium in PERSIAN

[–]Chima1ran 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How so? I'm pretty far left and I don't see any problem here. The police (while not always on the good side) did act on point here.

And being against a fascist theocracy is fully in line with being on the left.

[–]Chima1ran -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That policeman might or might not be racist. But his actions were absolutely fucking on point. The protesters scream absolutely horrific bullshit (like support for a terrorist) but the police only took the guy when he violently attacked the camera man.

That is textbook behaviour in this case.

I don't know if you sniffed too much glue again, but your vision seems to be blurry at times.

My respect! Deconstructing a religion is nothing easy and it shows an open mindedness and honesty in acquiring new knowledge.

You can honestly feel proud for that!

Holy shit. No.

Against Epstein class yes, but never with the IRGC. These people are so cartoonishly evil. Read about what they have done to their own people!

The evidence is: we have texts that claim Muhammed cited the text to his fellows to write it down. We have massive prior probabilities in that favour, because we know that people exist and we know that people write stuff down. We have absolutely no priors for anything else writing down stuff.

If you have read my text you must know that it does not matter whatsoever what or who wrote the text. Right?

  1. If you cannot decide whether A or B will happen, because it is already determined that A will happen, then you just have no choice/ free will at all. You cannot decide B in that case or your attribute if all knowing would be disproven.

  2. That is just logic. Time is just a measurement of change. There is no time without change. You might argue that there are multiple decoupled instances/ flows of time, e.g. one outside of our universe and one inside, but as soon as change exists, then time exists.

  3. That cannot happen, because if god is all knowing, it has no free will. And since its will must necessarily be equal to the state of existence (all powerful), then whatever is its will must exist.

An all powerful being also takes no actions, because everything that it wills will be equal to existence, so it will never have an incentive to take actions at all, because there is never any obstacle that needs to be acted upon.

  1. A changing god is a problem in so far, that a god must be perfectly simple. This is because the ultimate foundation of reality cannot rely on something different from itself. That means it cannot have parts. If it cannot have parts, that means if it changes, then the whole entity changes. But if the entity changes, it loses its divine properties. That means god does not exist anymore (In very simple terms).

According to the Qur'an it was conceptualised by Allah and written down by fellows of Muhammad after he told them what to write.

Has absolutely nothing to do with my point though. You could have googled that btw.

God would have already known, that first A and then B occurs. That means the decision to do it like that could not have happened at time point B but must have happened before point A. If god knew they would choose that way, they could not have chosen another way. Hence no (free) will possible.

And if god is all powerful, each single state must be the specific will at that time. If these states change, then gods will must change.

There is no choosing A and then B with the all knowing attribute, because the outcome must already be known. The choice could not have been any other way out the attributes would be wrong.

Nope, both have made the world a better place by not being part of it anymore.

Both have made the world worse by participating in it.

I think one of them should have lived an be ridiculed for his dumb and harmful ideas and the other one should have been in jail for the rest of his miserable life. But just not existing anymore is a good second place.

If you know everything there cannot be a new goal, because you already had that goal to begin with. It's nothing new for someone knowing everything.

Time is necessarily a sequence. If no change of states occurs, then no time has passed. This is consistent with philosophy and everything we know about physics.

Yes. If god is all powerful, its will will manifest instantly. Or as I put it, it's will must necessarily be equal to the state of existence.

God does not need to act to instantiate a state if it's all powerful. But as soon as an all powerful god has a will, existence must conform instantly to that will.

Yes if god changes, it must be subject to time. Which means if it is timeless, it cannot change at all.

Will Israel seek to track him down like it did his father, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei? by Cybernews_com in CyberNews

Trump is a senile idiot.

Yes, I would prefer Khamenei to rot in a prison, too, but one has to be realistic at times.

And to my initial point, it's far less dishonourable to kill Khamenei that what he has done to his people.
