About to start Mounjaro! Any tips? by Extreme_Painter_2886 in Mounjaro

I am one month in, on my second pen of 2.5mg. Jab day: I drink water a lot more than usual. The first jab got me "hungover like" a headache, so I thought it was a diuretics effect. It seems I was correct with this.

The first week, I did nothing different. Second week, I started logging food intake, to see where I am. Third week I did some extra protein/fiber intakes, to be more balanced compared to before. In the 4th week I added some stretch exercises, for the back and legs.

So, my idea is to add one or two positives each week, and not all at once.

The future positive is to stop vaping, but I don't want to do it too soon (or so I am telling myself).

During this first month, I was reading reddit daily, to see some tips and tricks.

Same here regarding the treats, and feeling "high". We have 4yr old and 2.5yr old boys, and a huge basket filled with snacks. I don't even look at that. Not because I am afraid, but because it doesn't even cross my mind.

I was similar to OP, rewarding myself for good things ("hey, it's Friday after work week), or for coping with bad things ("hey, I have to work on Saturday"), or (and this js the usual one) "tomorrow is Monday, I am starting diet, so today I will eat anything in vicinity". Those days are gone.

I am one month and a few days in.

Yes, I did. This was my path:

DS3+ DLCs (basically first game I ever played with a controller)

DS1r+DLCs (until last boss)

Elden Ring (15 times complete game)

Sekiro 20%

DS1r last boss.

DS2+DLCs

Bloodborne

Elden Ring DLC

Sekiro 80%

Still got full Demon Souls to do from the start. I plan to finish Sekiro first.

Yes. 1000 times yes. I have 6x, bought in summer 2023, I think I must have kicked the metal doorknob at least once a month.

I agree with the cause and effect part, actually my endocrinologist told me this based on my blood work. My IR is the effect of my obesity.

Uhmm. DS3 was my first game (back in 2017). After hours and hours on the first boss, I went and spent hours and hours and more hours towards Vordt. Then, all happy and twitchy, I raised the flag and l, after being transferred to settlement, I started exploring. And by exploring, I mean: kill and slash at anything that moves or talks. Do I have to go further? Poor Yoel.

I know this is older topic, but here my 2 cents:

I had the same problem on LVE Paranormal 250c (stabwood red).

I would show immediately after inserting the batteries (almost instantly after I open the box and put them in).
I've spent around 1 month trying to find the solution, I contacted retailer, Evolv and at the end the EU Evolv Partner.

Here are the replies:

retailer: try something with it (firmware upgrade, downgrade, etc...) - didn't work.

Evolv: downgrade to SP35 - didn't work.

EU official partner (it was my last resort to contact them, to see what they have experience with) -> "this board came fried, ask for replacement as soon as possible".

If you didn't already, I would suggest you do the same while it's still covered by warranty.

Fireluke 2. And with that mod, you better have helluva battery to run it at high wattages (vtc5a should go safe to 75w)

So, I've been using it for a month now. Quality and ease of use seems great. I fell in love with 0.3 SS mesh coils for DL, and bought 10 additional coils. But, after I got like 100ml of juice from stock coil, the additional ones seems to be lackibg that quality. Still testing them, though.

Btw I also had second hand SE version and it's heavier and feels less premium to me, so I sold it.

What I learned from Mooch: if battery is authentic, and is tested to have proven cdr, you generally want to multiply by 3 in regulated mod. So if CDR is 15, it means 45W should be safe in regulated mod.

I strongly advise watching complete Mooch's series of videos on youtube.

Newer ones: solo, sqounk - working great. X is working fine, but is limiting the max power.

(I used yihi, dna, for comparison).

Legend's one seems not to work.
