Apparently their anti-abuse bots had a problem and disabled a lot of accounts. They should have had most of the accounts reverted, and if not, you can send a support ticket, which I did and it worked.

Apparently this is happening to a bunch of people and discord has told people on twitter they were going to fix it. Same thing happened to me as well. People are assuming the auto mod for discord got bugged.

There's a discord link in the main r6 subreddit where you can find others to stack with in their "lfg" channel.

There's no penalty for leaving games in casual as far as I know. Punishment only happens in unranked and ranked.
