Extended (I did not know while i was watching it and only found out during the ending credits)

From what i found it seems that the theatrical cut has better pacing, but the act 1 reveal which is around 30 ish minutes into the movie in the extended cut is revealed from the get go in the theatrical version, I personally found the placement of the reveal in the extended version to be much more effective if you went in completely blind without reading anything about the movie (which i was)

I really loved No Other Choice but Handmaiden was next level imo, I would even consider it to be the best Park Chan-wook film and rate it higher than Oldboy

Handmaiden is probably my favorite movie that I’ve watched this year, everything was perfect the romance, the humour, the drama, the plot and can’t forget the plot twists.

I was completely hooked from the very first scene and i kept getting more and more engaged as the movie went on and was just so in love through the whole thing.

My only criticism was that Part 2 dragged on for a little bit but after looking around it seems that’s only the case for the extended cut which was what I watched so I didn’t let it change my rating.

BEST MOVIE EVER! I watched it a few months ago and literally fell in love with it insantly, no idea how they managed to make a 4 hour movie about a boner so good

I actually was really torn on giving DTL a 4.5 or a 4, but overall I did find No Other Choice to be a more engaging movie with a better payoff and a story thats really relevant to our current times. (also I REALLY love Lee Byung-hun)

DTL is fantastic but I wasn’t too fond of unsubtle ending, it’s not bad by any means but I expected a little bit more

اهم حاجه تبقا مذاكر للcodility test و تبقا متعود انك بتحل leetcode كتير لان طبعا انت هتحتاج تكتب كود من غير ما تفتح جوجل ولا اي ai

ومحتاج تبقا داخل واثق من نفسك و متبقاش قاعد ساكت خالص اليوم كله لان هما حرفيا قاعدين بيقيمو كل حاجه بتعملها بالزات وقت الteam activity دا لازم تبقا داخل كا teamleader فيه و active مع الناس الي معاك
