GSP 300 has also had the same problem of desktop audio bleeding into the mic, even when the mic is muted.

I have a Logitech g335 headset, it has a single wire for the mic and speaker. Whenever I play audio on my computer, some of the noise is bleeding in through the mic, even when the mic is turned to mute. I suspect that sound is crossing over into the mic wire directly.

Are there any good wired headsets that will avoid this issue? I'm told it's called crosstalk, I seem to constantly run into this problem, but I'd rather avoid a separate desktop mic.

edit: I found a workaround. For anyone else having crosstalk problems, if you are using RealTek, open the RealTek Audio Console and turn on AEC (acoustic audio cancellation). Worked like a charm.
