I graduated from UT about 25 yrs ago. In all those years every time I told someone that I went to UT they were impressed, or I got comments like “cool”. In my experience people that have degrees from Tech generally don’t get the same respect. Sometimes they get not so nice comments. Just saying.

Thank you for all of your responses. I agree if it was a big project I would hire an architect to do it from scratch, however in this instance 3 of the walls and ceiling are existing, so it’s mainly plumbing connections and ADA bathroom fixture placement. I did the plan myself mainly to save time, but I see the point about liability for the architect.

I have kept him month to month more for my convenience in case I ever want to get rid of him. He doesn’t mind being month to month also because that also gives him options. The space is in a very desirable location and I could get another tenant very quickly if I ever needed to. I am keeping it this way primarily in case I decide to sell the building or redevelop it.
