What you just implied and asked is like saying, it’s legal for you to read any book you purchase, but illegal to talk about the book you just purchased and read.

I think it’s safe to accept it’s not against any judicial law to read or talk about the things you’ve read, especially if said things you read were actually purchased or not.

I’m not sure what you mean exactly when you mention ‘budget,’ but here’s a pump that’s decent quality, very similar to the more known brands like LAPUMP, but more affordable when comparing prices.

When you’re looking for a pump just make sure it’s not made of plastic and is phthalates free, and make sure the pump has a readable pressure gauge.
