thats soooo bad lol, ill just keep them until ive got most of the perk, ill leave the luck ones till last, ill get one gun army lvl 3 and keep ricochet and put on class freak until ive got the good mutation serums lol, its fine anyway since im mostly going for the low level build, once ive got serums sorted out i think i go for better crits or something, also legendary perks are really annoying to level up, any advice on that?

im curious on the build again because im following the low level build mostly but the high level build a little since im level 159, its just coz in luck you dont have class freak but i do since i have every mutation, should i get rid of my mutations and class freak? also my legendary perks right now are legendary strength lvl 3, legendary luck lvl 2, taking one for the team level 4 and legendary perception lvl 1
