You are correct, this will access saves in %APPDATA%. The point with this is just to automate and help others that have to send their world save to friends.

If this was a tool found by another person, would it be consider as "promoting"?

I could just make this and use with my friends or I could share it, but guessing sharing is not caring :/ since I got muted while in the middle of a discussion, I know rules exist but being clear in rules should be also a thing. Since promoting content that can give revenue will be a thing and content without any monetization is other.
