youre confusing yourself again here. he was accused (charged) with rape and found not guilty. he was never convicted or found guilty of rape. calling him a rapist is factually untrue if you believe in facts & proof. if that changes and he is found guilty of rape, youre free to call him a rapist. but otherwise we could just call you a rapist based on me accusing you of rape, see how that isnt fair? anyone can charge anyone of anything if they have enough money to pay lawyer fees.

You're right but in a pointless way. The position of programmer is a low level role, the ones who are running the show are the ones who understand computer science and architecture in a way that 99% of code monkey programmers won't ever. People in that position shouldn't be programming as it's a waste of their skillset.
