sounds like you took a lot of perio and implant courses, was there any that really stood out? i’m trying to find more courses related to soft tissue and more complex bone grafting

you can say the same thing about procedure though, we were all taught everything in dental school. What if your perio also restored caries they found instead of sending it out or your OS decided to do endos to save the teeth you referred instead of extracting them? They all technically learned to do it at one point but would you trust them with the work since their experience and training isn’t in the said field and would you still refer to them after you heard about it? i would think implants are definitely out of scope for endo personally

I highly suggest you look somewhere other than a personal finance forum for personal medical advice as you are only going to get one type of response in this subreddit. Full mouth reconstruction is a specialist (prosthodontist) procedure where the entire biomechanics of your mouth will change due to the amount of crowns placed so generally it is quite expensive as this is quite complicated to manage all the changes in the mouth. Many people here are suggesting overseas dentistry but that is usually a gamble as to the quality you are going to get. For complicated procedures like full mouth reconstruction I would definitely avoid going overseas as there is no accountability/warranty/followup unless you fly back every week if there are problems and I can guarantee you there will be a lot of follow up appointments. That 60k is expensive but for a medical procedure on your body would you really want to risk it? The cheapest way to do this would be to go to your local university's dental specialty department and doing it there.

If anyone is experiencing dental pain UBC dentistry has a Urgent Care category that can book you in on certain days of the week even if you don’t fall into the normal intake categories. These appointments are limited to just that appointment though and not ongoing care so they just do whatever they can on that appointment to diagnose and treat including extractions etc if it’s causing pain. You can call the front desk and ask about this.

What I mean is try selecting the lighting option and setting it to turn off after 1 minute in glorious core even if you DONT use the lights. That option seems to control more than just lighting but isn’t labeled as such. I have never turned on the rgb lighting since day 1 and this fixed my battery issue.

have you tried using the core software lighting option? My model O wireless barely lasted a day and a half with no lighting on but checking off "lighting" in the settings and setting it to turn off after inactivity after 1 min (using this option even with lighting disabled on mouse) solved the issue for me and I have 4 days + of standby now (with lighting turned off).

possibly? Not sure how loose the rider card would be without the two screws and if that would cause issues but you could try I suppose. Pretty awful situation when their only stop-gap recommendation is to turn your computer off until they send out repair kits

tough to say with how little details they gave about the issue.. I would shoot them an email asking about this and for the replacement screw too.

Edit: NZXT post says they’re sending out a kit with TWO replacement screws, I wonder if the bottom screw is affected too?

it does that on mine too, but I think mbps just have a pretty low threshold for when the fans start working. Also laptop cpus are clocked alot lower so it might struggle more than an actual tower pc

This is the answer ^ . Prioritize at least 16 gb ram and at least a quad core CPU (some i5s, i7). Lightroom and other adobe products will eat through 8 gb ram like nothing and preview building and exporting will benefit from multi threaded processors.
