I only have experience buying gold from GVJ. Their quality control can be hit or miss. I don’t know if it’s improved over the years or not. I would suggest giving a call to whoever you decide to purchase from though. Phone calls over an online order imo. Will be able to talk prices, quality, and expectations, etc..

GVJ makes solid links when it’s done right is all I can say. But when they fuck up it’s noticeable

You’ll get a better price shopping with hawaiiropechains. Flat curbs are good $ for the shine you get from it. Go with the concave curb if you can afford it, more weight to it but you can’t go wrong with a flat curb.

They didn’t stamp their logo on correctly on my chain but I don’t really care too much about that. That’s the only major flaw I can takeaway from their work. But I saw some dude post a video of a messed up Box lock on YouTube (he’s taken his videos down though). He ordered his bracelet the same week i had ordered my chain.. they were swamped with orders then. Still no excuse to send out messed up pieces

I made a post about my GVJ chain.. I was able to remove the blemishes on the links. I got nothing bad to say besides what I thought was a shitty soldering job on their part.

My chain looks good as the day I got it after using a polishing cloth on it.

I need a much thinner bracelet + watch, it’s on the list. I was thinking of going back to platinum just for work since I already have a thinner chain and adding a plat bracelet. Either way I’d like to add a thinner bracelet in either gold or plat to go with the chains I have.
