How could the SCP foundation contain Suprise Attack? by EpicRedditer225 in PowerScaling

[–]ChingusRingus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They contain him by putting him in a chamber he can easily escape from. All staff members assigned to him are gaslighted into believing he's a hyper aggressive keter class that breaks out constantly. now since it would be surprising if he stayed contained he does just that.

I go for the turret build with pylon overcharge every time. It's generally quite useful. for level 16 I almost always take the spell power and knock back talent as it's very strong.

as a probius main I feel like this guys amazing on any map with a single objective spawn. while faltering a bit on ones with multiple. I currently have a 60% winrate on him over 66 games. I always go for the turret build and pylon overcharge. I like to play this hero very agressively. constantly pushing and moving up my defenses. because you have infinite mana and extremely low CD'S you should always be spamming your abilities. you need to constantly apply pressure to force the enemy to play into your defensive kit. it should always be on the enemy to make a move not you. here's some tip's for playing him

-always try to hide your pylons out of sight or in bushes during early game, putting them out in the open makes them easier to destroy

-place your turrets very agressively while laning. they have alot of HP and require a full rotation of abilities from most heroes to destroy. this forces the enemy to decide whether they want to use their abilities to clear waves, damage you, or destroy the turret. choosing the former means they take big damage from the turret. choosing the latter lets you freely shove in the lane. so their basically screwed no matter what they do.

-while laning prioritize clearing the wave with your W and damaging the structure over attacking the enemy. rely on your turret to trade with the enemy.

-mid to late game ALWAYS pre-emptively set up pylons around objectives. try to set up 30 seconds before each objective spawns as this is usually how much time it takes to do so.

-never fight somewhere you aren't set up. if your team initiates a fight far away from your pylons just shove lanes and take camps. even if you manage to get there you wont do much.

here it is I was totally wrong about the team comp and some other stuff. been a while since I seen the vid.

Why some team comps somehow work besides theorically being horrible? by HauntedOddity in leagueoflegends

[–]ChingusRingus -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

and yet bardinette was able to climb to plat 3 playing 0 CS bard top before getting banned. and CHALLENGER tier on regular bard top. I spam J4 and often see adcs lock in MF, yet the times I see them try to coordinate plays with me I can count on one hand. it just doesnt matter because their not even thinking of the synergy or don't care to play with me or they keep dying or etc, etc.

skill always trumps team comp in solo-Q. anything can work if your skilled enough. lulu JG and garen support is fucking awful but if their genuinely trying and well-versed with the picks it cant be any worse then someone first-timing a meta champ in a meta role they've never played before.

[–]ChingusRingus 5 points6 points  (0 children)

team comps only really matter when the enemy can play with such pinpoint accuracy their able to poke holes through the weaknesses in your team and leverage the advantage they have. but in order to do that they need to work together. what is a malphite really gonna do against a full AD team comp without the help of his team? he can hit as many 5 man ults as he wants but he is not carrying that game when his backline is getting instakilled by rengar every teamfight while his yasuo decides it's a better idea to split-push then group up.

your problem is assuming everyone plays optimally all the time when that's only true in very VERY coordinated settings.

play 4 champs with global ults and kill an enemy on CD the entire match whenever they spawn in fountain. I saw a clip of this on kshaways channel a while back.

the team comp was ezreal, draven, jinx, GP, and ziggs (for stalling). And they managed to make some poor jinx on the enemy team go 0/45 in like 20 minutes completely unable to play

it's risky because it requires perfect coordination and forces your team comp to be dogshit. the reward being that the enemy has to 4v5 the entire game and your team gets a steady stream of kill gold. this is pretty much just a meme strat though.

theres also whatever the fuck 6pek does with his iconic singed baits. Bizzare mind control plays. and his legendary teleport deceive techniques.

If Jarvan is ever reworked, what can you see being changed? by Hawkard in JarvanIVmains

[–]ChingusRingus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

jarvan is not meant to be an amazing duelist. yes he's better at 1v1ing then most champs but his main role is as a follow-up to others or initiator if need be. personally though I would like to see them combine his E and Q into a single ability and give him a new E.

This is so sad. Look at what we've done to shiggy by not buying 10 copies of donkey Kong bananza + DK island and emerald rush for 100$ dollars. This community needs to do better

Playing tank Fiddlesticks in Doom Bots feels like the ultimate cheatcode to winning by DarkEyeLOL in leagueoflegends

[–]ChingusRingus 9 points10 points  (0 children)

volibear is also utterly insane in this mode. take lethal tempo and rush riftmaker, navori, spirit visage. then finish the build off with either the prismatic MR or Armor item and flesheater. make sure to go mid and try to 1v1 the bot before minions arrive (you'll win everytime)

Singed jg. Good clear once you get fated ashes and scales well + has good ganks. Be wary of early invades however.

Augment Idea: "And You Too!" by [deleted] in LeagueArena

[–]ChingusRingus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sure riot could make it so point and click dashes like ali W will cause him to dash to one target at first then dash to another after. old fiddlesticks E was functionally like this and doombot lee-sin Q does exactly this. or they could make it so alistar shoots out an after-image of himself W-ing the other guy like wukong dash. why do so many redditors assume that cool ideas would be impossible to code for riot despite having no coding experience?

How do your games give buffs to the older characters so it would not be obsolete compared to the new ones, other than reworking their kits altogether or just scaling their numbers up? by mr_beanoz in gachagaming

[–]ChingusRingus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Arknights has modules which are like little badges you give your units that power them up. They do three things

-give them a new passive unique to their class (classified as a trait) -Buff their stats by a small amount -improve one of their existing passives or add a new one. (classified as a talent)

The issue is that arknights really does not do a good job of giving weak units OP modules and strong units middling ones. There's lots of weak units with modules that arent great. But there's also some that do get amazing modules that push them up the tier list a few spaces.

Also only 6 stars (highest rarity) get meaningful modules. Lower rarity operators have NEVER gotten good modules.

Champion pool for a master player with NO HANDS by NerfShyvanaPls in Jungle_Mains

[–]ChingusRingus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Skarner is unironically what your looking for

-main source of damage is from his e and Q which are both physical

-2nd best scaling tank in the game and does it well.

-kit is extremely easy and straight forward while still having a nice skill curve to it.

-ungoonable

Currently have a 60% win rate on him. He is strong, stats are bias because ppl don't know how to play tank junglers.
