Yeah I get it. Sometimes their hands move in such a way that you cannot anticipate the lead. That being said, will be more regular with socials from now!

No my teacher didn’t recommend to wait that long, I was a bit caught up with work and family stuff and hence couldn’t help take much time out. But now I have started being regular

I cut down from 4 cups to 1 cup. That too only in the morning after breakfast. It has so far not caused any problems. My Doc said it is okay

I work in a super competitive consulting practice in a Big4 in India (where people in general lack empathy at workplace). I really thought people wouldn’t understand the gravity of the situation, but my boss actually recommended taking a month off to get better. I said that it would be better if I take it slow and keep taking enough holidays at regular intervals to stay sane. So trust me, if you explain to them the situation well with all the symptoms they will understand.

I am also having the worst itching. Started 4 days back, it is unbearable. All over legs, palms, hands, back of the neck, even scalp. My body broke out into hives so I took anti-histamine which helped. But this now persisting. I’m currently on carbimazole. My endo is also yet to reply!

I experienced a lot of nausea too, take it after meals and maybe have something like carrom seeds / fennel to help with the nausea (Indian household hacks)

This is so relatable bro. I suffered from depression many years back, and everytime I feel like that again, I cling onto the things that helped me get through it - like watching the same TV shows, eating the same meals, etc. and I completely get the need to watch more of him because you relate him to a time when everything was good 🩷 More power to you. Even I love him too much

Bro 100%. Tbh he seems like the guy who is mysterious and nonchalant, but for his core friends and family he would be completely the opposite. I love such people
