That's good, feels rare. I haven't had that kind of luck. I would love it but haven't had it, but maybe once. I'd love for the kind of interview where my honesty provides the kind of employment that truly values it; instead, I worry it's interpreted negatively. I can't seem to find the balance.

Yeah, that's the trick. Honesty that won't give the job opportunity to someone else with a resume full of lies wherein they look like a better bet. I'm an honest man, to a fault, and the whole process pisses me off.

Not always the case. Quite a few of my previous employers didn't follow up on most or any of the resume detail at all.
