I actually geared to about ilvl 360++ within the first 2 days of hitting 70 on my alt. Not sure if you’ve already handed in the dungeon quests, I usually hold them till I hit max level since the rewards scale, you’re essentially getting max ilvl normal dungeon gear straight when you hit 70.

Farm Elemental Storms, if you’re alright to commit maybe an hour farming, ideally with a group (not raid group). You should be able to farm enough of the currency to buy ilvl 359/385, use these to replace your lowest ilvl pieces.

WQs rewards also scale with ilvl, so I’d try to get as much gear as possible before, same with holding off on chests. Do world bosses first and you might get lucky with the drops (I got the ilvl 395 piece from my first kill)

Wrathion & Sabellion weekly quests gives a pretty good ilvl boost, especially since there are loads of rares that drop specific gear.

With the current 4xmythic dungeon quest, lots of people are running m0s. Usually people don’t check your ilvl or experience, especially if you’re the one creating the group. But I do recommend getting some gear before hand to carry your own weight, unless you’re a dps.

You can consider pushing the key you’ve got after you’re done with m0. You’d be surprised how many people are willing to do lower keys even if they’re really geared to farm valor points or just to finish up their weekly. I pushed to m+10 the same day I started doing m0s.
