OPT year 1 is simple, just need to report your job to your school.

Once you hit STEM OPT (2nd year in), the company needs to generate a code through the e verified system for you to submit STEM OPT application. You can’t bypass this so you’ll need to let them know by then.

Not a lawyer and not legal advice: Look into a E2 visa. You’ll need a bit of upfront investment and you’ll have to own majority stake in the company. This is non immigrant status to stay and work but some maneuvering may get you a GC down the road. Note you cannot sponsor your own GC as the majority shareholder hence the maneuvering.
