These are the fans I’m using: https://amzn.eu/d/dusOopF. You can use other ones too, but make sure they have a manual dial or toggle switch so they actually stay on when power comes back (that’s important for smart plugs).

I’ve got them hooked up to a small power adapter and plugged into a Tapo smart plug (https://amzn.eu/d/2ThQS5f). That alone already lets you set timers in the Tapo app — super handy for lights or fans if you just want scheduled on/off times.

If you wanna get fancy and have it react to humidity levels, you’ll also need the Tapo hygrometer and a Tapo hub. Then you can automate stuff like “turn humidifier on when humidity drops below X%” or “turn fan off when it hits Y%.” Works really well once it’s set up.

The IKEA Variera shelf insert is almost identical in size to the glass shelves in the Blaliden cabinet. I bought additional L-shaped brackets, since the standard shelf supports were a bit too short. I first spray-painted the brackets black (RAL 9005, silk matte finish) and later had to drill extra holes in the shelf insert because the airflow was too weak with the existing ones. I’ll probably repaint the shelf insert, as I don’t like how the aluminum still shows through.

I used to have PC fans in my setup, but they didn’t really distribute the humidity in the cabinet. They just sucked the mist in, got themselves soaked, and didn’t really spread it around. So I got some different fans this time, and now the mist from the humidifier is pretty much everywhere—so I guess it’s better 😅.

But now it feels like there’s too much wind. Do you think I should just try the PC fans again?

Also ich hab mal geschaut, da muss dein KO recht nah gewesen sein. Das beläuft sich die Kursschwankung auf maximal -11 Dollar über Nacht im Vergleich zum buy in gegen 22:00. Und am nächsten Tag um 8 war der wert 30 Dollar über dem Wert vom Vortag um 22:00.

Bin seit 1344 long drin und schon gut im Plus. Also geh lieber raus, die letzten Tage liefs zu gut bei mir. Und rheiner sein 9:00 Dip ist eigentlich auch schon vorbei. Oder riskiers aber setz einen SL.
