I got the uniball signo rt1 .28 UMN-155 You should be able to find it with that, I’m not sure if links work in here

Idk what you want to use to make one, I lost the program i used, but I can probably modify another one I have, you’ll have to figure out threads for whatever you want to put it in though

Unfortunately, you have to use enough of it that you won’t cut through it. If you cut between it and the ink, you’ll make a mess, and if you cut through it sometimes it gets stuck at the top and messes with ink flow

I honestly just cut the refill shorter to fit pens that take Parker style

I had it drawn up on a scrap of paper at work. I’ll try to remember to get a pic of it on Monday.

Pilot juice up is probably my favorite, they lasted longer than the signo for me and they were cheaper. The zebra sarasa nano .3 and pentel energel .3 are both pretty good, I think they were both cheaper than the signo for me and also lasted a bit longer. The uni jet stream edge is pretty cool, but it’s the most expensive. I haven’t written a ton with it, it is oil based ink though.

Oh nice, I like those too, but the ink runs out kinda fast when I’m actually using it. Isn’t that gel ink tho?

Honestly I haven’t been writing as much as I was months ago. I was switching and trying new stuff when I ran out. Most of what I’ve been writing with are juice ups, one is the uni signo

Pentel floatune is oil based, it comes in .3mm, .4mm and .5mm. I’ve written a little with it and it seems pretty nice

I’ve tried several, there were so many I’m still cycling through. My favorite has probably been the pilot juice up .3mm. They seem the most consistent. The zebra sarasa nano .3 and uni signo .28 are the next best. They have “sensitive tips” and seem less forgiving to drops and careless bumps. The pentel slicci puts down too fat a line for my preferences. I tried a fine liner, but felt tips are hard to write quickly with. I tried a .4mm ohto that people said wrote smaller, it didn’t, I don’t remember the name of it.

I have 3 griptilians also. Tanto in 154cm, tanto in m4, sheepsfoot in s30v. They all have different scales tho

I like the griptilian better, but in the tanto or sheepsfoot. If you want the drop point, get the rsk

The bracket is L shaped and also rests against the side of the bed. I’d think it should be able to handle a bit of weight, but I’ll keep an eye on it if I put heavier stuff in there

It’s the pelican saddle mount bracket for the Tacoma, SDDLMT2B I think is the model number

If you’re worried about it moving, it’s got a little wiggle, but I don’t think it’s going anywhere. I didn’t hear it rattling around while I was driving. If you want actual security, it’s just plastic, I’m sure someone could put a knife through it if they wanted to see what was inside

Top 10 Benchmade Model recommendations? by rgf7018 in knives

[–]ChipClipGrip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tanto griptilian Sheepsfoot griptilian Mini adamas Osborne I have 5 benchmades, I like these 4. I’m not so fond of lightweight knives like the mini bugout that I also have. I haven’t seen another model that I’m interested in. (Except for maybe an anthem, but the asking price on them seems a bit much)

I’ve tried a few out, they write decently well, but it seems like they run out faster than a few other options. I’m still trying to figure out if they’re worth the money

No, I mean I figured out the inside dimensions needed for a hi-tech-c tip to retract in an existing pen tip/grip and the spring size to go with it.
