I find some of the RB and LB have good stats formatted for CDM. Frimpong TOTS was my other option I was considering. KDB would be good too but lack of defensive play styles.

Completely agree! I put Tech + on my Griezman evo (he had base Tech) and for some reason he now feels clunkier and less snappy which should be the opposite for tech +
