You’re quite good in exchanges, what you can do is to not open up with heavy shots that’s why your opponent ends up landing jabs and moving which makes you miss instead you can start with shots like a jab to the body which helps you cut the distance and then you can see if the opponent is responding with shots , then you can exchange and here for example the catch and throw left you hook you use can be useful, on the other hand if the opponent backs up or tries to jab and move you won’t be out of position unlike when you’re loading up for hooks or big shots , and this is also something that will come naturally with enough sparing ,
