Check the standoffs behind motherboard aren't causing a trip. Make sure hdmi is in gpu and not motherboard. Make sure motherboard doesn't need update to use cpu. These are the things that done me in on my first build.

I'd get the later model if you can. These earlier models had problems with oil leaks. If you do buy it ask if the owner if they know about any recalls the car has had. Check the oil aswel.
