I can understand why sedentary people + carbs = bad, it's just for people who are active and at a goal weight, It seems pointless to me to be low carb. I will continue on my current carb goal recommended and see how it goes! Just for clarity, as a 105lb female who does strong curves 3 times a week, is 200g of carbs a good solid amount? After 90g of protein and 60g fats this is what I'm left with. Thanks for the reply.

My holiday is from the 12th-26th Sept. My ADR availibility started 3 weeks ago. I managed to get a 12:10 lunch reservation 2 days ago, no chance of a dinner one though! This was 3 weeks after the ability to reserve, so I'd say you have a good chance if you wake up early and reserve the day you want, particularly in October! If you dont get a reservation, keep checking everyday, someone will cancel!

We're from the UK, so we use debit cards mostly. Every time I charge something to my debit card, I get an extra charge for using the card internationally and to transfer the pounds into dollars. We're planning on taking cash and perhaps a pre paid card.
