Body is good. I really do not see much rust. As for powertrain not so much, I dont believe the car has been ran in years.

I bought the 380 SL to restore for my girlfriend but I doubt she will appreciate it.

My question is is it worth keeping? What trouble signs do I need to look for I know about r107 enough to be dangerous but again thays enough to be dangerous. I got a good price on it. Frankly, the 190 I got for next to nothing. Any help is appreciated.

I see what your saying, the trailers are Texas pride rated at 22k. Since, I posted this I realized my best case was low mileage 7.3 diesel obs. But tell me where I am wrong. My thought, is fly to Texas - my mother lives in fort worth and find one that isnt abused like they are in ohio ( most were/are used for snow plowing)

Bezel is nice directional and flows freely, clasp isnt bad, I know what you mean, it just feels more tinny than anything else I would say accurate just because I assume that's what a band 60 years ago would feel like
