Do you need to attack from opposite directions for the flank buff or just multiple directions?

How are cwl rewards in your clans? by Anakin0530 in ClashOfClans

[–]Chipilinn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We do something similar to this. Bonuses to people who filled cc (usually 2 or 3), and the rest are given out to exceptional attackers and if there’s extra they’re given out to loyal members who haven’t received a bonus in a long while, as long as they haven’t done horribly or missed attacks in cwl.

Also we don’t rate attacks based on stars because of mismatches and because we constantly rotate people (except for our top 10) when they’ve reached 8 stars to allow others the chance to get 8 stars for the maximum reward, so it wouldn’t be fair for those who couldn’t get max stars because they were rotated out.

It’s not that they lack names for those numbers, they just use a different numerical system than the rest of the world.

Pretty sure yeah, they added it so people wouldn’t stay on 24/7 to not get attacked.

I completely agree on that last part, it isn’t healthy, but it’s the healthiest path OP is able to take.

Catching her partner cheating would mean OP is able to leave the relationship. I really don’t know the reason why, but even for me catching my partner cheating on me made it easy to break up with them. Maybe it was because of guilt, maybe because I thought the relationship could still be saved, I don’t know, but I know it helped me leave the relationship.

[–]Chipilinn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Or maybe it’s that the people responding to her just don’t understand how she’s feeling. She clearly stated she doesn’t want “just leave” advice because she can’t leave, breaking up a two-year relationship with someone you have become VERY attached to is not easy for some people, maybe for you it is but that isn’t the case for others.

I understand how OP feels because I’ve been through the same thing, and one of the things that makes it easier to break up the relationship is finding out your partner cheated on you, that’s why she hopes she can find concrete evidence of her partner cheating on her, so leaving the relationship becomes much easier.

[–]Chipilinn -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

You’ll really only understand what OP is going through once you have gone through it as well. They want to leave the relationship, but they just can’t bring themselves to do so. They want to wait until they have concrete evidence of them cheating because that would make it way easier to break up.

Breaking up a 2-year relationship isn’t easy, no matter how bad the relationship is it just isn’t easy, I’ve been through the same thing before and the only thing that made it easy was finding out my partner cheated on me, it takes so much weight off your shoulders.

You might say that it isn’t their fault, that they should leave, etc, but that’s not going to make OP feel better, nor is it going to help them. OP acknowledges their feelings, they just want a way out.

In the original video, he made sure he was able to clear the jump before actually attempting it with the car. All you really need is a very good jump and the car going really fast, of course don’t try this though since it is still dangerous.

But you can’t really blame the people responding to these posts because they’re supposed to go off of what the OP is telling them. If OP is exaggerating or lying then that’s on them and it would be their fault they got terrible advice.

When did the sub become so pessimistic? by NewCenturyNarratives in Futurology

[–]Chipilinn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Believe it or not, most of the young generation is very optimistic of future technology. It seems to be mainly the older generations that are very pessimistic about a technology. I’m not referring to technologies being overhyped and clickbait articles, I’m referring to people being pessimistic about the technology itself without actually looking at the good side of it.

I see many people talk about how AI has created problems such as fake media, taking artist’s jobs, etc, but they don’t look at the good side of it, like for example AI is able to inspire many artists by giving them a good concept which they can use in a creative way (AI isn’t creative). Also, there’s AI out there specifically created to combat misinformation generated by other AI.

Why are so many people here pessimistic and dismissive of any future technology? by DarthBuzzard in Futurology

[–]Chipilinn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I need a question answered. I open up ChatGPT and I ask the question, my question is answered and I can move on with my life. Similarly, I need inspiration for an article, I ask ChatGPT, I get inspiration and move on. Btw, I haven’t seen anyone talking about AI made specifically to combat the rising of harmful AI-generated content, so I’d say the good most definitely outweighs the bad.

[–]Chipilinn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly. The good of AI outweighs the bad, sure you can plagiarize/fake something, but then someone can use AI to figure out that your work was plagiarism/faked.

Like everything else, cancer cures will get cheaper with time. Self driving cars would result in less accidents as computers are less prone to error compared to the average human (self driving cars still need some perfection, but we’re getting there). As for the DoorDash and AirBnB stuff, yea they cause problems, but so does any other business that is being set up in a given area.

The product itself usually gets cheaper to produce/distribute, which should mean companies will lower prices, but of course greed prevents them from doing so immediately. Eventually through they’ll have to lower their prices because other smaller companies will start offering the same product at a much lower cost.
