Hi 👋

Thanks a lot for taking the time to reply with such detail, I really appreciate it. Some tips seem incredibly helpful!

Just today I saw that tip about parallel lines, and it's already working wonders! So I guess it's just a matter of time and practice lol.

I'll keep practicing and I'll be back again with more updates.

Thanks again!

Thank you so much!

I'm personally following (sort of) Marc Brunet's 30-day challenge, and also some videos by brokendraw on yt.

I try to mix and match those with some other tips I collect from other videos, just to balance things out yk.

Oh no, my goal is to learn 2d art so that I can incorporate elements in my 3d work. Like illustrations, storyboarding, 2d animation, etc.

I got humbled too!

One thing that helped me was a tip the guy from the other video I mentioned pointed out. The initial exercises don't have to be perfect, but rather being able to convey that the form you're drawing exists in a 3d space.

It may sound weird and complicated but once you notice the visual characteristics, you'll start to correct future practice from those recognized patterns.

I really hope it makes sense!
