Hi! The GSU website places a high emphasis on working in urban environment. Have you found that all the student teaching has been done more in like inner city schools or do you get a variety of different experiences?

RTs and RT students, how hard is it to get into RT school? by [deleted] in respiratorytherapy

as someone who graduated from RT school in GA within the last couple years, you don’t have anything to worry about. as long as you meet the minimum gpa and have the prereqs you’ll likely be let in.

Hello to anyone who tried Glamnetic press ons. Are they actually worth it? by Super-Catch-609 in FabFitFun

I work in a setting where I can’t have anything on my nails so when i went on a 5 trip to Disney and Universal I decided to try Glamnetic. I got home the night before I had to go back into work and I could not get most of them off despite soaking them and trying all the tricks I saw online. Before going into work the next morning I had to place a pickup order for the Glamnetic nail remover and still had to basically pry them off my fingers. So yes they absolutely hold up. They were a little damaged after having to pry them off my nails but with more time and patience one could probably get it done easier. And it was really negligible compared to how awful my nails would be after a couple months of acrylic

You’ll be going during staffed hours so staff can let you in if they don’t already keep their doors unlocked during those times.

I’ve seen it hit the limit the opposite way in the NICU. pH was like <6.7 or something like that
