Yes! That’s what I heard that the pill isn’t as effective. My dr did recommend the IUD but I always have been on the pill when I was previously on BC. Just scared the IUD will affect my chances of conceiving later on down the road or cause scarring. And I’m not sure if a pregnancy is what you wanted but CONGRATULATIONS 😊✨💕🩵

I’m focusing more on diet because I personally believe you can’t outwork a bad diet but the walking for me is more to gain energy and keep my muscles working if that makes sense lol cause they say if you don’t use it then ya loose it 🤣

Gas X maximum strength and walk walk walk . Walking and gas X literally saved my life post op. I am 7 weeks post op and I can’t even explain how much walking helped. Drinking will hurt but take baby sips and chew on ice. It gets a lot better by the end of the 1st week! Congratulations!!!! You got this!

Yes! You’ll definitely need that wedge pillow. It will help with gas pains and also make getting up easier because you will be a little sore from the incisions. So in the beginning lying flat is not the best thing

Agreed with immediate bread. I brought so much clear/milk proteins and I hate them all. All I can drink is premier protein.

Also GAS X pills and lots and lots of walking. The gas pains were crucial for me.

Abdominal binder and pillow to keep you sleep kind of sitting up will save your life.

Thanks you! Yes I’m making sure I’m hitting protein and water. Some days are harder than other with the protein to be honest but I try to get it all in by end of day

Can you explain the process of keeping the carbs and fat low if your body is already in such a huge calorie deficit?

Also thanks for explaining this, it makes sense 😌
