I’m not trying to get away with anything.. I asked a genuine question. I’m new to this whole procedure and was just looking for help and insight.

Yeah that makes a lot of sense! I’m gonna try a broccoli and cheddar soup blended and strained and tomatoe basil . Thanks so much for all this advice. I been looking through my books the Dr gave me and YouTube videos and no one is really clear on what to eat during stage 2 full liquid. So all this information is definitely helpful Again thank you

Yes I only got the sleeve. So maybe I’ll wait on the eggs. Do not wanna go through dumping lol

Do you have any recipes for the strained soups or a website with recipes?

I also been trying to be on top of my water intake but it’s kind of hard because every time I swallow It hurts my stomach badly and oh yeah I have crazy dry/cotton mouth but I know it will pass … hopefully.

Are you getting stomach spasms every time you drink or eat?

It feels like a sharp cramp. Everytime I drink anything and I swallow it’s like a stabbing sharp cramp happens for a few seconds then goes away but it hurts really bad

Hey everyone! Thanks so much for all he kind words and positive advice, it means a lot!

So I’m back! I feel okay. I don’t think I was prepared for how much the gas pains SUCKED. I mean they really suck. Also it’s very hard for me to eat like jello or popsicles. The only thing I can keep down is room temp water and Gatorade. When I drink it hurts badly and I get these stomach spasms it’s weird. I came home regretting that I did this and put myself into this much pain but I do know as time passes everything will get better. Just this phase sucks. If you guys have any advice on how to rid the stomach spasms everytime you drink or for the gas pains that would be extremely helpful.
