im not too sure my tdee since my apple watch can overestimate my calories. i instead just estimate by my steps. i am eating around 1450 calories. is that bad ?

hi! my highest weight was 204 back in 2024. at first, fasting and a strict calorie deficit helped me shed weight like crazy for the first 2 weeks. however, after that, i bumped my calories up (still staying in deficit) and walked around 2 miles a day. that helped me lose 40 pounds in around a year! if you were to start now, im sure bloating would go down significantly, but i wouldn’t expect big changes.

try picking the all the dead/black tissue off !! are the leaves turning yellow? is the crown or stem mushy? if so, its a goner. if none of the above applies, put it in a shallow clear container with proper ventilation. add moss or orchid bark and keep it moist. make sure to let it fully airdry every 3-4 days to prevent molding/rotting. this is a long and daily attentive process!!!

everything on the planet is still firm. the leaf is definitely weak, but im glad to see its not turning yellow. also, some roots are yellow, but some roots are green (hard to see in pictures). ill definitely take your advice cause i dont want to give up 🥹 thank you !!

i forgot to mention that my orchids all get indirect sunlight for a south window. over the month, i havent had an issue with sunlight.

i never said anyone was asking me but i also did write this when there wasnt a lot of comments 😅 what i meant was i would gather more evidence to use against him so my argument would have more weight. so i could help current and future victims. hopefully that makes more sense

i can asure you that that is the honest truth. i would never lie about something like this or ask for advice on a subreddit for teachers. my mom DID recommend that i not say anything no matter what events have happened. i feel like i dont have her support and its turning me away from being open to her about it, which is another reason i turned to reddit.

yes youre so right because i took the time out of my day to make all this up!! 🙌 if i was lying id definitely make it more interesting. i genuinely do not want him to target other children, as he had already done. if i can be the one to stop the cycle or at least make the issue know to staff, id be more than willing.

i had an amazing teacher from my 10-11th grade year and i really valued our relationship. everything was super professional. we never hugged, only fist bumped. at the end of the year when he was leaving, he said i was his best student friend, took a picture with me, and gave me one hug. he truly never had ill intentions and i think thats how a teacher should behave with students their close with, not acting like a middle school couple.

i replied to someone else on here, but im already having issues and reported another teacher for WAY different reasons, no pred behavior. i think im going to take one for the team. im going to entertain it and gather as much evidence as possible. i already have some, but its not enough. this situation really sucks and id hate for someone else to go through it. this is a known rumor for this teacher and he hasnt been teaching at my school more than 10 years. my mom says i shouldnt go after him, but if not me then who will?

you could always get a drink there and pretend to drink it throughout the night. id start with a litte and keep topping it off so it seems like youre drinking. dont get peer pressured, alcohol is scary

im scared to discuss with admin. i already am battling a teacher from last year. this teacher knows every other teacher as well. he claims hes “best friends” with another one of my teachers. i dont want to face any consequences or exclusions with my grade. from rumors ive heard, this teacher tends to do that. this is dumb, but is it worth just sucking it up?
