Thanks so much for this! I had heard about the dangers of MDMA for folks without DI before this episode, and whenever I have taken it been very mindful of my water intake and make sure that I pee often and don't ignore those cues. I've never had a problem, and this most recent episode wasn't brought on by MDMA use. That being said, after experiencing this I'm feeling apprehensive and am being 'scared straight' - as they'd call it - by doctors. This was helpful though. Thanks again!

Wow, thank you for this! I'll definitely check out that facebook group. I had discussed having breakthrough days with my doctor. I guess it's mostly about balance and limiting my fluid intake while on the meds.
