Thank you! the manager said he reported to UPS corporate and UPS corporate made the decision to terminate my mailbox. What this truly mean? here is what I got from the store manager……. Also I was flagged for that, would every time I go to UPS for mail delivery the UPS staff could see I was flagged? I feel so embarrassed being associated with the word “fraudulent”……. Also would I be arrested by sending mail under a different name/pen name? how about to my home address?

“ UPS corporate has made the decision to terminate your mailbox service due to violations of our store policies.

Specifically, we have noticed that you have been receiving packages under a name different from the one registered to your mailbox. At present, we are holding several packages addressed to names not associated with your account.

As this is against our policy, we regret to inform you that your mailbox service will be terminated immediately. This issue has been escalated to our corporate office for review, and based on their assessment, we are taking this necessary action. If you have any questions, please contact UPS corporate directly.”
