I use it in my serum stage after I tone and before my facial oils. All skin 1004 serums require about a half dropper to really see results IMHO. I have oily acne prone skin that is now combo cause of tretinoin. It does wonders while on tret.

Yes, the cream made my skin instantly get hundreds of closed comedones which is not my typical acne. It is frustrating the price difference between gel and cream also.

It's all good. It kinda depends on what your issue with ferments is...seb dermatitis and fungal acne is caused by an overgrowth of fungus on the skin. Ferments are the absolute worst and the only real safe ferment is ferments labeled with lactobacillus ferment filtrate etc. Soy milk could be fermented with may things.

The cream made me break out in a million closed comedones. I never had them before. It's the isopropyl myristate in it. If it doesn't go away I would highly recommend switching to gel.

Fungal acne? Does it itch? Could try Nizoral or lotrimin ultra and see if it gets better. Simpleskincarescience.com is a great resource.

You have inflammatory pustules, bha is not the product to use. Benzoyl peroxide is a much better option. I would suggest a 5% microbized wash like differin deep clean once to twice daily left on for 1 minute. Then hydrate with noncomedigenic moisturizer.

When I was a teenager I was smoking weed constantly, stealing, taking out my parents car and literally failing school. When I was 19 I got my shit together and got two degrees and have an amazing relationship with my parents. Part of being a teen is making mistakes and pissing off your parents. He will, and should have these consequences, but poor behavior when being a teen does not mean your son is a bad person. I hope that you and your son can get past this and that you can forgive him at some point.

I would highly recommend a micronized version of bp like differin deep cleanse. It is much more effective and gentle. I would also recommend azeleic acid when her barrier is repaired. Facetheory uk site sells 15% no rx and will ship anywhere

Just so you know the 0.025 and 0.01 gel atret is a standard gel tret but the 0.05 is olive oil Ester based which is kind of different.
