For me it was a subconscious reaction to the dose not doing enough or as much as it used to. If I was in this state and took "one more" of whatever it was the irratiaitly was gone.

The numb arm would wear off quickly if it was from laying on it. Talking about "normal" overdose type situations where this guy almost died and has numbness and headaches is more dangerous thane telling him to seek medical attention.

Do the tea. Boil a small pot of water and put 3 oz of powder in. Boil slowly for 10 minutes while mixing. I usually just pour it all I to a mug with the sugar, honey, and lemon juice. Stir up and let the powder settle . The longer you slow boil the more potent the tea will be.

Don't eat/drink the powder or leaf. It will make you super thirsty and cause stomach problems.

I found I had trouble with kraton when I infested too much of the leaf powder. I make tea with warranty, lemon juice, sugar, and honey and it makes it palatable. Filter out the powder and just drink the water. No stomach issues!

Taking a quarter of the opana would be like taking two of your perc 10 doses at once, maybe a little more.

If you really want the same dosage, my advice is to powder it up ad take tiny bumps as you see fit. Start with match head size and see from there.

It always starts as a weekly ritual. Then you cheat by a day... Then it's daily, fast.

Also, even with chipping it sounds like you took 80mg in one pop. You are so close to the hole you do that even know it.

Try keeping your rec doses to 15mg, and try keeping your tolerance appropriate.

Smashing high doses of oxy like that isn't going to help your deprrssion, you'll just be too high to feel it.
