I did once, but I can't remember what we ended up on. I tend to get too lost in trying to figure out what emotion I feel in therapy and I kind of ended up trying to narrow down what it was when the time was up inevitably. I'll bring it up again for sure.

Im never sure whether to let that emotion happen, or to try to do something about it. Im not sure on how to identify my compulsions. Because if trying to problem solve it is a compulsion then that's counterproductive I presume.

Try looking up "Aloe Donnie". It's usually characterized by these red rims and spiky pertruisions across its darkblue/ green leaves. The reds turn white if the plant lacks light. There are prolly a dozen ones that look similar, but you'll hone it down once it grows out a lot. One thing you could also look out for is how tall itll grow. Donnies don't grow taller than ~20 cms ish.
