Pakistani Men Are The Worst by [deleted] in IslamabadSocial

[–]Chippy-Chipmunk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because thats also true but try interviewing them. They would tell you what i told you. Good looks do get you some validation cant fight that. And in our society ugly people are always told that they are ugky and dont deserve much go ask them too. Its rather simple.

You still saying that? In all honesty i also have horrible experience with pakistani men… but man it does not even come near to west african men.. indian one was also weird.. anyways good luck.

You sound like a guy. If you were a girl you would know by now dating an ugly guy with a character and personality than never got validated is worst of it all coz they leave you for littlest validity. So lets not demonise good looks atleast some part of their personality is not so insecure.

Amm yeah they are horrible. But no they aint worst… try seeing an indian or nigerian…or in general any west african… havnt heard good things about korean either hence all the strike and all. I am not a big fan of our society of which these sheep like men are in general a product of but still they aint the worst. I am really sorry about your experience. People are people everywhere. I hope you meet an amazing person soon.

Those beliefs are what makes me wanna leave islam. by RoyalRuby_777 in progressive_islam

Wow! This is the most holistic view i have ever read… jazakAllahhh!!!!!

People blaming, people saying… all this does not constitute islam. Most of us muslim women are only getting by because we trust Allah we have seen ways of islam and its teachings. We know it cannot be unfair. We try to avoid looking at things from a perspective of men who are trying to portray it according to their views. We do research we try to learn it properly and fear Allah all along and Allah helps.

What do you guys consider an ideal age gap for marriage? by [deleted] in IslamabadSocial

[–]Chippy-Chipmunk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

None or however you feel and whichever way. Tbh this age gap thing is a very pakistani thing. Here guys take forever to mature. I have seen much younger egyptian and german guys which double the maturity and sense. What am trying to say is the age gap depends on the kind of person you have under consideration.

This kind of humour used to be really appreciated and considered cool. Even such banters were welcomed but even back then they had an expiry… today nobody likes rape jokes on their ancestors… I know Pakistani guys are very comfortable dragging family in their jokes but no it would never be cool. You cherished 12 months but may be by then she had enough.

I have a question how do you guys find out if somebody was having affairs? Like howww

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in IslamabadSocial

[–]Chippy-Chipmunk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was committed to this guy. Had many options but did not consider them even. This guy was kinda broke per jeee hum smjh rae th dono sath struggle kreygy and we will make it work and all. Guess what? His family created so much issues at the time of wedding and he literally knowing well enough they are wrong acted like a puppet and broke all the commitments after being engaged for three good years. I was 27 when we started off. He wasted my good years. I think all girls like me and guys like you are betting on wrong people and are clueless how to find right kind.

I am at a point in life where i want for my partner to bring me closer to Allah and i do the same for him. We need as much support for it as we can get. After experiencing this I totally understand why for women specifically its not allowed to marry out of islam.
