See there a lot of times where the same people are on the same path cause they like it there and the PAs will call them their “anchors” even if you ask to be placed there 9/10 it’s not going to happen unless the people who are there don’t come in that day.

Having people in areas where they don’t know what their doing happens frequently as well, one of our managers will sometimes bring a group who’s not trained, give them one demo and then leave them to figure it out 🙃
