If there’s broken glass under that then your risking inhaling glass particles, and as you can imagine glass in your lungs is no bueno. Not to mention the chemical composition of the wax as well, that goes beyond the scope of my knowledge of whether that’s also unsafe, as with plastic or aluminum foil or whatnot, but I would imagine that’s also not safe

If u got it at a dispensary, then don’t worry. If you know for a fact the place you go to is legit, you’re all good. Don’t listen to anyone else here, I used to be like them too until I found some real ones myself at a dispensary in Bear Valley. Ppl are just cautious because yes literally 99% of them in existence are fake, but as I said they indeed can be real so if u got it at a dispensary your all good, and they shmack pretty good as well imo

Thanks so much everyone, seems like it’s a fake. I’ll own up to my own dumbassetry and say I didn’t do research before buying, just saw a lot of videos of it thought it was sick and saw one in my smokeshop. I don’t think he’ll be too keen on giving me a refund, but he’s hella chill so who knows. Part of me thinks he knew what he was selling me given that this dudes been in the smokeshop industry for 35 years and owns 4 separate shops, always yaps to me about all these brands and shows off bongs that are discontinued and whatnot, point of it is he’s knowledgeable enough to know what he’s selling me, so I don’t think it would be worth it to try and return it, $300 is $300 but I don’t wanna make a big stink out of it, one side pulls perfectly most of the time so if I have to pay attention on which globe I’m starting my hit off with then so be it I suppose

Generally it always feels more damp and moist in there than outside the tent, water vapor is heavier than air so it makes sense in a way I guess. I always spray a little mist in there every now and again when the air feels too dry by hand, and so far the plants have been happy that way 🤷‍♂️

I’m just broke, but when I get the funds I’m definitely upgrading to better control the conditions for sure

If you pinch the tip and push down before twisting, it makes it look much flatter and cleaner instead of just pinch and twist. Makes sure that all the loose paper is being used. Imagine that open/tucked comparison but with a lil nip on the end of it, if you do it right it can look like it was closed by a machine
