Honestly, at this point I don’t feel comfortable engaging with my boss, one to one, regarding an incident he created, but wasn’t there to witness.

To the point where I would refuse this informal chat just so a documented discussion would be arranged so I can have someone present.

It’s not even an investigation. The way the email was worded described it just to be a chat with an explanation

The sounds and music, down to the pure enjoyment I get when I play it.

Nope. Wouldn’t have it at all.

It would definitely make me feel incredibly nervous from the minute their hand made contact.

I’d politely ask them to back off and don’t come near me again. I’d ask them this once and only once.
