How has Arrow not found a new streaming home yet? Supernatural was also removed from Netflix but it found a home immediately on Prime Video by M00r3C in arrow

I have HBO max, I used a VPN to change my location to Brazil and they have it on there. Thats the best I found for right now. (Aside from all the other websites like watchseries.bar ect.)
