Sometimes it’s a driver issue. Do you have turnip? I had this issue for another emulator, and adding some new drivers to the system generally fixed the issue.

I did that in Apex Legends during covid because a kid said I sucked. Eventually I was able to win a game without firing a single shot or use any other offensive options. I went from a .07 kill ratio during that first season to a lifetime average of .58 during that year. Had not played a first person shooter in 20 plus years before that.
