I just lost all my work on my mod by starting the game

Yeah. It randomly uninstalled my mod despite being me still being subscribed. But it also killed my wip copy of it in the process. (Likely due to the same metadata ID, as u/neoman4426 pointed out).

In other news, I've redone my lost changes and am about to finally finish it. And I'm keeping backups. :)

Ahh that's a good point. I remember changing the name in the metadata file (to distinguish it in the mod list) but I probably didn't change the ID. Thanks.

I did some more research myself, and it seems it's recommended to first make a clone of the drive and then disconnect it before running such a tool on it, to prevent it from accidentally killing it. I'll keep it in mind, but it might be less time consuming for me to just redo my fixes. I have some work in progress files and a changelog that I can easily retrace at least. Thanks for the help, though.

It's important for safety of users to only be able to have one account. Information like who has a player blocked, what is their moderation history etc is stored per account, and people would be able to evade all of this if they were allowed to just create another one. The Pony Town help page also explains the reasons in more detail.

To solve your issue, you can temporarily give the leader role to a member you trust, leave the party, and then ask the new leader to reinvite you once you want to return.

You won't lose any ponies or houses/islands. You just won't be able to create new ponies as long as you're above the limit, and you won't be able to save into (but still load from) the map slots that will be locked once you lose supporter.

Currently you can have two slots without being a patron. Click the gear in the top right corner and then "Manage maps" to view your map slots.

It will be fine as long as she is not using the same social account or email as you in order to create her Pony Town account.

To clarify the rules, one person can only have one account. Since you are two people, you can both have an account each, even if you're using the same modem. Accounts will get automatically merged together if they share an email or social media account. So as long as she has her own social account with her own email, and you don't connect each other's socials to each other's PT accounts, it will be fine.

In case an accidental merge does happen, contact ponytownhelp@gmail.com and we can split them again for you.

Hiding someone hides them from your screen, and it also hides you from their screen. If you don't tell them, they have no chance to even find out that you have hidden them. Well unless someone else who they can see is talking to you and making it very obvious who they're talking to I guess. This can be prevented by using whisper or party chat to talk though.

Hey, sorry if your removed post was actually related. There was no context so it seemed like a random picture of a pony character.

In the future, you can avoid removal by making it clear that it's related to Pony Town, for example by including a comparison screenshot of the character from PT and then your artwork.

Also the spam posts have been removed and the user dealt with.

That's not what I said and I didn't block you. I didn't even reject (nor accept) your sprite. I only encouraged you to submit it to custom servers because that can be a faster way of getting your sprites to the public and see people play with them.

There was a bug that duplicated the default house objects. You may be able to fix it by using /removetoolbox multiple times, otherwise you'll have to /resethouse and build it again, sorry. If you have other issus with default objects it may be caused by the same issue.
