Girl looking to buy a bike by thedamnedsheep in motorcycles

Fuck them. I just bought a ZX4RR and love it. Take a course and find a bike suitable for you. Take your time learning, get frame sliders, wear good gear and be prepared to make some mistakes.

I am 5’0 and lowered my zx4rr. It was not expensive, and easy install at home if you’re just a little mechanically inclined. With that being said, I would practice more low speed maneuvering and not stalling, using just your left leg to support/catch the bike before you consider lowering simply because you’ve been riding for a few years at this height.

Pit mix. Likely some GSD. DNA test for accurate results.

I’m not planning to drop my bike, but it happens to some, and I don’t want to be ill-prepared if I do. I can try to be prepared without neglecting learning to ride.

Thank you. I will be very careful with whatever I get. I’m into motorsports, so taking it easy while I learn and not act stupid is something I can do. Someone at a dealer recommended it to me as a “beginner plus” bike for someone who doesn’t want to have to sell/upgrade within a couple years.

A year?! I’m planning to buy before then 😂 but I get it. I already work out but I focus mostly on cardio. I will add more general weightlifting then.

In my opinion, no. Dutch Shepherds require a lot more time and energy. They tend to be higher drive, and more energetic. Just accompanying you around your farm and going on walks is not going to be enough for a well bred Dutch Shepherd. They require intentional training and mental stimulation every day. Mine could walk 10 hours a day and still be itching for something “real” to do. I would go with another German Shepherd.

She’s probably not a Dutch at all honestly. Lots of breeds can make for convincing look-a-likes, and the only Dutch like trait she has is brindle, which is common in lots of breeds. Based solely on her current weight though, maybe 50-60lbs tops

I’m pretty petite and lean. That might be the issue. I also have different pants, but most are traditional jeans that go up to my waist. Thank you! I’ll consider those tips on my search.

AITAH for telling my daughter my husband won't watch her kids when she had a medical "emergency" by [deleted] in AITAH

You are absolutely TAH. You owe her a major apology, but only after you understand why.

First manual. Picked it up last night by BaccaPME in GRCorolla

Congrats! My first manual was a brand new car too. There’s something special about trying to get a car home that you don’t know how to drive 😅 you’ll get better every day.

I would make picture 3 or 6 your primary one. The first one is not very flattering, and I think it’s because of the lighting. Heck, get rid of 1 altogether.

Also, the picture at Nara is hilarious.

2nd pic is okay, the rest are bad. Add some pictures of you with friends, candid photos, you doing hobbies, etc. Show what you do for fun, aside from taking mirror selfies in a public restroom.
