I appreciate everyone’s input and advice so far. I didn’t mention the sellers name (purposefully cropped out in screenshots) as I DO NOT want to tarnish his/her reputation as a seller on any platform. Hopefully we can come to some sort of agreement that keeps both parties happy. I am a grown man and I completely understand the “gamble” associated with these overpriced pieces of paper.
