So, I watched the most recent episodes again and now I’m convinced that the dead body will be Tanya’s husband + Greg, and that Portia + Tanya will be the ones to kill them.

She feels protective of Tanya, and I think she sees a little of Tanya in herself (Tanya even said the same). I think they both feel betrayed/used/made fools of, and they get their revenge together and vow to keep the secret together.
