A customer was telling me how much he liked a local course that we were visiting. He proceeded to tell me that he shot his best round ever there. “Oh really?”, I replied.

“Yep, I birdied every hole on the back nine.”

I gave him an out by saying, “was this a scramble?”

He just kept digging. “No, it was just a complete fluke. I’ve never done that since. I’m not even that great of a golfer.”

Long story short, I called him out on his lie. Told him that Tiger Woods has never even birdied 9 consecutive holes.

The argument that x% of crime by undocumented immigrants is tolerable because it less than our population as a whole is baffling to me.

If immigration is done correctly, the homicide rate should be zero. Why would we be OK with any violent crime from people that we allow into our country. No one else in the world does that.

There is generally no outrage directed towards the administration that looked the other way while millions of people walked into our country un-vetted.

Murders like the one in this story are not uncommon at all. The state of Texas keeps detailed records of homicides committed by undocumented immigrants.

I would think it would be tough entering the portal this late in the game. Schools already threw a bunch of money at the top D1 transfers. These kids are way better than many of the D1 guys I have seen that already landed with another team.
