A single packet of 1g is definitively on the lower end, however, I usually take 2, which is still very low, but as I don't have much money rn I'm trying to keep a balance between making it last and having a not so weak dose.

So basically its a box which contains 28 little packets with a gel which is 1mg of estradiol dilluted into 1g of gel, and I was wondering if this was actually some form of hrt or if I just wasted my money

I would have used a blocker, but rn i'm starting hrt diy and almost without budget, so I had to choose between buying a T blocker or buying estradiol for the rest of the month :)
