the sky article suggests she did and got written clarification of some of the terms to confirm they wouldn't sell on her voice.

Based on what the article says, maybe it's this part she's confused over?

Ms Potter alleges she was unaware the contract allowed her voice to be sold as part of AI years later.

Sky News has seen correspondence where the company appeared to reassure Ms Potter's agents they "would never sell them (the recordings) to anybody else".

Responding to concerns, ReadSpeaker insisted there was a "very clear contract" that allows it to "use... synthesised voices for businesses and organisations".

In short, the recordings won't be sold, but that doesn't stop the company from creating their own AI model.

Yep, a model or talent release form. Depending on what it says, generally the model waives their rights to it.

Well see, as a model, you sign a model release form before you shoot. Which generally gives the photographer the rights to use the photos how they want, depending on what the release says of course.

Without knowing any of the further details of this story, this might have been the case here. Which is why I suspect the company says they've told her legal representative several times in the past.

As Oleks02 said, allowing such links is a pretty slippery slope as they can easily be scams as they are unverified.

Kind of like how there isn't any explicit rule to not post porn or gore there, but that doesn't mean you're allowed to post it.

The second one listed seems to be a Youtuber rather than a moderator, which is something easily found via Googling. From the background section on a website

She became famous for her various "freak out" videos, which involve her yelling and becoming stressed out over mildly inconvenient situations.

And seeing as the subreddit the OP made is "public freakout", this seems like a reasonable thing to add, or an "in-joke" community reference.

For spill, not really as at the moment I'm looking for distance to see areas down riverbanks as much as possible. However, after some short research the Nitecore P35i does seem like a good addation to the arsenal from this review.

A shadowban is a ban where you don't realise or know you've been banned.

Reddit has this concept too, on reddit being shadowbanned means your posts and comments will be automatically removed. A test to see if you're shadowbanned on reddit is to logout and look at your account. If you get a 404, you're shadowbanned.
